Caroline leapt into the world of accounting after 20 years as a serial entrepreneur. She has a number of accolades, including being awarded an OBE in the Queen’s 90th Birthday Honours List in 2016 and being appointed a UK Business Ambassador by the Prime Minister in 2010. She served as Co-founder and CEO of FreshMinds, which won multiple industry awards and was listed three times as the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Places to Work. She then went on to be Founder and CEO of Fluidly, the successful fintech providing funding solutions to thousands of SMEs in partnership with over 1,000 accounting firms.
Now serving as Gravita’s CEO, Caroline’s background in technology contributes greatly to her ability to work with fast-growing businesses, push boundaries and embrace change. Her passion is turning great ideas into reality, with energy and determination to succeed. She’s an experienced public speaker and press commentator on the subjects of entrepreneurialism, women in business, talent leadership and innovation. Caroline’s role at Gravita is to set the strategy for the Group, rally the team to achieve ambitious goals and create the optimum conditions for growth.
