Ben Miller, partner at Bennett Thrasher and leader of their transfer pricing practice
Ben works with clients to design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies that align strategic business objectives with local and foreign transfer pricing rules and regulations. Ben’s experience includes evaluating the transfer prices of tangible goods, intangible property, services and loans for various purposes, including penalty protection documentation, planning, international supply chain and debt restructuring, Advance Pricing Agreements, audit defense and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. His industry experience is broad based, with recent focus in manufacturing and distribution, technology, professional services and real estate.
Ben is currently the Vice Chair, Transfer Pricing of the International Tax Committee of DFK International.
Thomas Adcock, tax partner at Gravita
Tom advises a large number of clients operating internationally, advising on structuring their global affairs, often through offshore jurisdictions. Tom typically advises on the way a particular structure operates for both tax and commercial advantages. Tom advises on the tax issues affecting people and businesses coming from all over the world to interact with the UK. He is also regular presenter and author on all matters of property tax and the UK representative on the International Tax Committee of DFK International.
