Marc Taylor

Director, Payroll

Marc is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. He is an experienced Payroll Services Associate Director who has gained a wealth of knowledge from working within the payroll and pensions industry over the last 10 years.

As a Payroll Services Associate Director, Marc works with clients in a wide range of sectors, including charities, corporate businesses and startups and he is always happy to assist with any payroll queries his clients may have. Marc also has experience in the payroll and pensions implementation process and with guiding clients regarding their employer duties when starting up a new payroll or when migrating their current payroll across to Gravita.

“What I enjoy most about payroll is the technical migration aspect of the role and helping client’s understand, in simple terms, the payroll process from start to finish. I also really enjoy complex calculations and year-to-date update corrections as the feeling of accomplishment correcting payroll errors is extremely rewarding.”

In his spare time, Marc loves to travel, cook and make use of his Japanese degree studying towards the JLPT.
