Director, Audit

Jade has over 15 years’ experience in accountancy practice, having trained and qualified with our firm. As a Director in Gravita’s Audit team, she leads on the planning and delivery of audits, bringing particular expertise in managing small and medium sized owner managed entities and group structures with overseas subsidiaries.

As Chartered Accountant and Responsible Individual (RI), Jade advises clients on a range of technical accounting matters and financial reporting challenges. She also supports businesses with accounts preparation and tax compliance across a wide variety of sectors, companies, partnerships, charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Her experience spans:

  • Auditing companies and groups
  • Auditing charities and not-for-profit organisations
  • Advising owner-managed businesses on day-to-day compliance
  • Meeting reporting requirements of FCA regulated entities
  • Group audit requirements for UK subsidiaries and holding companies

Jade combines her technical knowledge with a practical, collaborative approach, helping clients to navigate their reporting requirements.
