Partner, Audit and Assurance

Dan is a Partner in our Audit team and leads the Financial Services sector at Gravita. He is committed to delivering to the highest standards of compliance and governance. He works closely with clients to ensure accuracy, transparency and timely delivery – helping them meet their regulatory obligations with confidence.
Dan is a member of the ICAEW and a Fellow of the ACCA. He is also a full member of The Academy of Experts – the professional society and accrediting body for expert witnesses across all disciplines.
Dan has extensive expertise in auditing groups and subsidiaries, including complex financial services entities, and brings broad experience across multiple industries both in the UK and internationally. He excels at managing teams efficiently, engaging stakeholders at the right time, and navigating potential roadblocks to deliver a smooth and timely audit process.
As an audit partner and Responsible Individual, Dan oversees some of Gravita’s most complex clients, including Public Interest Entities. His skills span regulatory reporting, IFRS compliance, CASS audits, listed PIE audits and complex auditing of international groups. Dan combines deep technical knowledge with exceptional communication, helping clients achieve their ambitions.
Alongside his audit work, he contributes to our advisory team, specialising in share valuations, forensic accounting, and advising clients on sales and acquisitions.
