Clare has worked as a tax advisor since 2006 and trained in a ‘Top 10’ firm in London before joining a ‘Big 4’ firm. Her experience spans a broad range of taxes in the UK and multiple international jurisdictions both in practice and in-house.

She specialises in corporate tax and has experience in corporation tax compliance, reporting and audit, transactional advisory and process improvement. This experience has provided Clare with a practical and insightful knowledge of how to deal with multi-jurisdictional tax regimes and the tax issues resulting from rapid growth and expansion.

Clare moved to the South West in 2015 to be closer to family and, following her role at Dyson, has continued to work with clients in many sectors with particular knowledge in the engineering, manufacturing and real estate and construction sectors.

The work that Clare carries out ranges from management and review of tax compliance and reporting, including complex technical analysis to projects such as due diligence and tax structuring advice. This practical knowledge provides entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses with proactive, tax effective advice in the South West and Wales.
