Sandy Cochrane

Sandy Cochrane, VAT Partner at Gravita

Sandy has spent more than ten years in industry, and following her time in industry, Sandy moved into practice, some 20 years ago.

Sandy has been involved with advising an array of clients to meet their VAT requirements, from OMBs to large multinational corporations. Sandy has a natural ability to make VAT easier for clients to understand, in particular for international businesses, in a pragmatic manner.

Thomas Adcock

Thomas Adcock, Tax Partner at Gravita

Tom advises a large number of clients operating internationally, advising on structuring their global affairs, often through offshore jurisdictions. Tom typically advises on the way a particular structure operates for both tax and commercial advantages. Tom advises on the tax issues affecting people and businesses coming from all over the world to interact with the UK.

He is also a regular presenter and author on all matters of property tax and the UK representative on the International Tax Committee of DFK International.

James Whiteley, Real Estate Partner at JPC

James is a solicitor and Partner, sharing 25 years’ experience with the Commercial Property Team at JPC. James’ impressive and broad legal experience underpins his specialism in commercial and general property matters together with some company and commercial work (especially in a property setting). His diverse background includes many legal disciplines - from employment law to civil litigation.

Nick McEwen, Dispute Resolution Associate Partner at JPC

Nick is a solicitor and Associate Partner in JPC’s Corporate and Dispute Resolution Teams. Known for his dispute resolution experience, Nick has a particular expertise in disputes that involve an international dimension. Nick also advises on non-contentious corporate law matters including advising and drafting commercial contracts, corporate governance documentation and dealing with the acquisition and disposal of shares.
