Over the past two years, we have had the privilege of supporting Little Havens Children’s Hospice as our chosen charity. Through various fundraising efforts championed by the Gravita team and the generous support of our clients and contacts, we are thrilled to announce that we have raised a grand total of £33,686.64 for this incredible charity.
Little Havens Children’s Hospice, part of Havens Hospices, provides vital care and support for babies, children, and young people with complex or incurable conditions, along with their families. The funds we have raised will help the hospice continue its essential work, offering comfort, care, and opportunities to create precious memories during the most challenging times.
Reflecting on our journey, we are filled with pride for what we have accomplished as a team. Our charity events have ranged from marathons, sponsored bike rides, skydives and football tournaments, to quiz nights, cake sales and golf days. Each event not only brought us closer to our goal but also fostered a spirit of unity within the Gravita team.
Rossella Inguscio, Corporate Fundraiser for Havens Hospices, shared her gratitude, saying, “We are so thankful to Gravita for supporting Little Havens as their charity of the year for the past two years and raising an amazing £33,686.64! Every pound they have raised is helping us to support babies, children and young people living with complex or incurable conditions from Essex and their families when they need us most. Helping them to make the most of every day, including when the end of life is in sight.”
Although, our time supporting Little Havens has come to an end, we look back on this partnership with a sense of fulfilment and gratitude. The impact of our collective efforts extends far beyond the monetary value. We have contributed to a cause that makes a tangible difference in the lives of many families, providing them with the care and support they need during incredibly difficult times.
