Lex Wheatley

Job Title: Associate, Audit

University: De Montfort University

Degree Subject: Accounting and finance

Why Audit?

I have always been interested in the financial industry and the inner workings of businesses. This led me to join Gravita’s audit department in August 2023 after completing my accounting degree and deciding that a career in audit was the path I wanted to pursue.

What do you enjoy about working at Gravita?

As an auditor, I get to analyse companies’ data and understand the business as a whole, using my problem-solving skills to ensure any errors are corrected, making every day different and engaging.

The thing that has stuck with me most in my short time at Gravita is the people, who have been incredibly friendly and supportive with every step of my journey. I look forward to the continued opportunities that Gravita has to offer.
