Caroline Plumb, Gravita CEO
Now serving as Gravita’s CEO, Caroline’s background in technology contributes greatly to her ability to work with fast-growing businesses, push boundaries and embrace change. Her passion is turning great ideas into reality, with energy and determination to succeed. She’s an experienced public speaker and press commentator on the subjects of entrepreneurialism, women in business, talent leadership and innovation. Caroline’s role at Gravita is to set the strategy for the Group, rally the team to achieve ambitious goals and create the optimum conditions for growth.
Kate Greenhough, Gravita Tax Partner
Kate qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2004 and has over 20 years’ experience of working in tax practice. Kate advises clients of varying sizes and sectors ranging from start-ups to large plcs, on both advisory and compliance matters. Kate also oversees the Research & Development (R&D) function at Gravita and has significant experience in handling R&D claims and enquiries. Kate presents webinars and thought leadership insights for Gravita to keep our clients and contacts fully up to date with the ever changing landscape that is R&D.
Ben Chernoff, Gravita Partner and Head of Technology
Ben leads Gravita’s technology sector, and has been heavily involved in the industry for well over a decade, advising clients from start up phase, right through to listing and beyond. As well as supporting his tech clients on the day to running of their businesses, Ben’s clients typically require support on R&D, EIS, EMI, business plans, cash flow forecasting and cash management. Ben plays a key strategic role in helping his clients plan for the future and supporting them throughout that journey, particularly within the fintech, medtech and sustainability arenas. Ben also specialises in supporting SME businesses, particularly those within the property and recruitment sectors.
